The workshops will take place every Monday, starting July 7, and will continue through July 21. Everyone registered for the 2025 Desperate for Jesus Women’s Conference, in person or simulcast, will receive an email with the workshop links. If you registered other ladies in a group registration, please email or text the Legacy Workshop links to the women in your group.
Although in-person registration has ended, you can still participate in the conference via simulcast. This allows you to take advantage of the Legacy Workshop series.

This workshop offers valuable insights into building and nurturing a meaningful personal relationship with God through the Holy Spirit, with a particular focus on the practice of prayer. Participants will discover strategies to enhance their prayer life, empowering them to influence their daily experiences positively and take control of their thoughts. Additionally, the workshop will emphasize the significance of incorporating praise, worship, thanksgiving, and meditation into one’s prayer routine.
We’ve all experienced it—saying yes to every coffee date, trying to keep everyone happy, and feeling drained instead of uplifted by our friendships. As my mama used to say, “everybody ain’t your friend,” and that’s by God’s design. While we crave deep connections, Scripture offers a different perspective. Let’s have an honest conversation about the challenges of awkward friendship breakups, seasons of loneliness, and the joy of God bringing the right people into our lives, navigating it all with grace, wisdom, and a selfless mindset.

Loss can significantly impact various aspects of life, but it doesn’t signify the end of your journey. This workshop focuses on providing support for those grieving the death of a loved one or going through the end of a marriage. Participants will gain insights into hope, healing, and practical strategies for rebuilding their lives. The program emphasizes the concept of restoration, highlighting how individuals can find peace and purpose in a new chapter of their lives.

For years, the Desperate for Jesus Women’s Conference and the No More Excuses Men’s Conference have been places of refuge and renewal where women and men come to worship, grow, and encounter the life-giving presence of God. Every year, it’s a powerful sight to witness brothers and sisters from near and far uniting in faith. Your presence has played a meaningful role in that story.
As we look toward 2026, our church will celebrate a remarkable milestone: 50 years of ministry! We will dedicate the year to honoring God’s faithfulness across the decades and prepare to experience all that’s yet to come.
Because this is such a significant moment in the life of our church, we will pause hosting both the Desperate for Jesus and No More Excuses Conferences in 2026 to focus fully on celebrating our 50th Anniversary.
As part of this milestone year, we are preparing a special Kingdom Legacy Conference in 2026, an unprecedented moment where we will unite to honor 50 years of impact and look ahead to the next chapter God is writing.
We are excited to share that both conferences will return in 2027, refreshed and ready to continue empowering men and women to live boldly for Christ. We cannot wait to gather with you again for another unforgettable time in God’s presence. Thank you for taking this journey with us and for being a vital part of these life-changing gatherings.
